Facilitate the change is a  project with 2 consecutive, residential, and international trainings for trainers and an additional coaching process to support participants in realizing their own educational activities. Our aim is to pass on the experiences we gathered in the last 15 years about educating and training young people and youth workers and train a new generation of trainers ready to apply our methodologies and educational approaches in the field of youth work.

E=MC20 - Empowerment through management and coordination is a long-term training course about project management in the field of European youth work organized by the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organizations. The second training course of the long-term project, "The potentials of non-formal education" will be hosted by Egyesek Youth Association, and it will focus on the educational line of projects and the most important elements of non-formal education.

Egyesek Advanced Coaching is a unique training course providing coaching tools and a unique approach for working with groups.

Canvas of Solidarity is a unique 8-days training course in Hungary, focusing on the power of international voluntary service and its networks all over the world. It is a program for you, if you work with voluntary camps or lead group of volunteers; host or plan to host workcamps; if you are part of Alliance and CCIVS network; you are a volunteer in a workcamp organization; you are a peer educator or a campleader - or if you are a combination of any of the others.

The Difference Between aims to bring an innovative approach for leading and facilitating groups in youth work.
As we see it, a lot of programs and activities are chosen according to a standard, “by-the book” protocol, and debriefings are led in such way that the facilitator is searching for the “right” questions or once again following a set of standard questions. What we want to offer instead is a dynamic alternative for leading groups and activities in way that focus mainly on the needs of young people who might be in front of you.
In short: we want to focus on how to create an empowering and inviting context when working with young people.
