Arrival day: 7th October 2025
First day: 8th October 2025
Last day: 15th October 2025
Departure day: 16th October 2025
No late arrivals or early departures are allowed. We only select participants, who can participate from the arrival to the departure day of the program.
Finances
The training is coordinated and hosted by Egyesek Youth Association and co-funded by our Accreditation from the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme. This is an open-call training, meaning a partner organization will be assigned to you upon your selection. The call is open for residents of EU member states and partner states.
Accommodation, food and program costs are fully covered by the organisers.
Travel costs are covered up to the following limits:
10-99 km: 28 € | 56 €
100-499 km: 211 € | 285 €
500-1999 km: 309 € | 417 €
2000-2999 km: 395 € | 535 €
The second column indicates the travel limit in case of green travel. For this training course, we encourage all participants to use green travel / sustainable means of transportation for at least half of their journey. We are providing support for those who choose this option.
There is a 70 € of contribution fee to be paid through our website upon selection.
Accommodation and food
The accommodation is Creative Space, in the picturesque village of Hollókő, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The building is surrounded by nature on the top of a hill. ATM, convenience store, and church are available in the village.
Creative Space is a group accommodation, there are rooms with 4 beds and private bathrooms for the rooms. Bed linens are provided.
Wi-fi, fridges, sports tools and games are available.
Food will be provided at the accommodation based on diet requirements. Coffee, tea and fruits will be available during the day.
More detailed information on the venue and how to reach the place will be included in the confirmation letter that will be sent to participants after their acceptance.
