The biggest challenge for non-profit organisations is to cover their operational costs. Grants and donors most of the time does not prefer to cover these running costs. When they allow, it is with extreme restrictions and even more extreme administrative work load. On the top of our serious efforts for cost efficiency and keeping our operational expenditures low, it is important to have other sources of income to meet our legal obligations, to do quality work, to communicate continuously, to maintain an adequate infrastructure, to support young people and NGOs by transferring our experience. Strong operation allows us to exponentially improve our social impact!

What will we do with it?
maintain the physical spaces essential for our activities and operation (premises, utilities, equipment, insurance)
communication with our target groups and supporters, increasing our social base
free consultation and advice for young people and NGOs,
liaising with our partners and developing projects,
pay our staff, to reimburse their expenses
cover our bank and postal costs,
accounting and administrative costs.
