This summer, many young people (around 80) joined international volunteer camps (workcamps) through us, where they worked, learned, and lived together with volunteers from all over the world. These experiences brought not only new friendships and knowledge but also inspiration for the future.
The goal of this training is to bring participants together again and create space for reflection, sharing, and collective learning. This is a more informal workshop, where besides exchanging experiences, we’ll also talk about future opportunities and your personal growth.
What is the training about?
- Sharing and reflecting on experiences: You’ll have the chance to tell your own stories while getting inspired by others.
- Collective learning: We’ll look at how the workcamp impacted you, what you learned about yourself, teamwork, and community engagement.
- Connecting with others: Meet fellow volunteers who went through similar experiences and expand your network.
- Future planning: We’ll talk about further volunteering and international opportunities, and how you can make use of what you’ve learned in your everyday life.
- Community building: Be part of a supportive group that is open to your ideas and can provide long-term inspiration.

This workshop is for everyone who took part in an international workcamp this summer, and who would like to reconnect with other volunteers, share experiences, and reflect further on their volunteering journey.
