This training invites motivated young people – especially fresh university students in Budapest and international participants – who want to grow into confident mentors and future youth leaders. The program creates a supportive, hands-on learning space where participants explore how to guide and inspire others, while also developing their own teamwork and leadership potential.
Through interactive workshops, group activities, and reflection, we’ll work on key skills such as group dynamics, conflict management, communication, and leadership styles. Special focus will be placed on mindset: shifting from “what can I gain?” to “what can I contribute?” as a youth leader.
Who is it for?
This training is designed for young people who are curious about leadership, eager to support and mentor volunteers, and open to working in an international team. It is especially relevant for first-year university students in Budapest and other youth who want to improve their teamwork, communication, and project-leading skills while meeting like-minded peers from different cultural backgrounds.
Beyond skill-building, this training is also about connection: meeting peers, forming new friendships, and building a community of young leaders ready to take action.
What you will gain:

- Experience in group work and conflict resolution
- A chance to reflect on your own motivation and leadership style
