Join the meida team of Dance Through the Lens!
Do you enjoy filmmaking, have creative ideas, and would like to work on an international project combining film and dance? Then we would love to hear from you!
We are putting together a 3-person film team for the Dance Through the Lens training. The team will be responsible for creating a short film, with a professional film trainer supporting the team with guidance and feedback throughout the process.
Dance Through the Lens is an 8-day international training where participants explore how dance, movement and filmmaking can become powerful storytelling tools in youth work. During the training, they will experiment with contemporary dance, improvisation, video art and visual storytelling.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a young filmmaker or film student who:
- is confident using a camera and basic filmmaking equipment,
- enjoys filming and contributing creative ideas to a collaborative project,
- is interested in dance, movement and visual storytelling,
- enjoys working in an international team,
- is familiar with Erasmus+ or has experience in international youth projects.
You don't need to have your own equipment. We will provide the necessary equipment.
This is a great opportunity to work on a real film project in an international environment, expand your portfolio and gain experience as part of a creative team.
