Educational approach of Egyesek

Given our specific working culture in delivering training courses (TC), which can be perceived as quite different from the regular Erasmus+ programmes, we want to make sure that you are aware of its main features before committing to it.

As such, we ask you to read the description below very carefully.

Our working style can be perceived as intensive: 9 to 10 working hours per day, with meals and breaks included. We take for granted that people who want to attend our training courses come to participate and focus on their learning by making the most out of the working hours. As such, we ask participants to plan their time and availability ahead of the TC so that they can be fully present without interference from any personal or professional commitments. In case this is not possible at the moment, we invite them to choose a different time to apply.

We expect participants to be accountable for their physical and psychological well-being during the TC.

In most cases, the program of the TC is designed daily according to the group’s progress and learning needs. This allows us to best serve participants while keeping the maximum coherency and consistency of our pedagogical approach. In other cases, the program is designed upfront, however, we work a lot with the element of surprise. As such, we won’t provide any program schedule upfront.

The trainers work with a coaching approach, bringing forward questions rather than giving solutions. They might use confrontational or direct language, by asking straightforward questions or making direct statements as feedback. We don’t follow the concept of political correctness and its language.

This working culture has been tested and proved successful and welcomed in most cases, at the same time we understand that it might not work for everyone. If this is the case, we respect the individual choice not to participate in our training courses.
