We are looking for camp leaders for our international volunteer camps. If you would like to try out yourself as a group leader, to work with young people from abroad (groups of 8-15), to help local communities, and to gain new experiences and skills this summer, then this opportunity is for you.
Camp leader…?
Camp leaders are responsible for coordinating and keeping the volunteer team together, liaising with the local host organisation, helping to build team spirit, and being there for volunteers if any problems arise.
It was one of the most enriching summers of my life. I discovered how much I can inspire others just by being myself.

- coordinates daily activities and liaise with the local host
- supports group dynamics and intercultural learning
- facilitates team-building games and reflection sessions
- prepares and leads free-time activities
- helps solve small conflicts and keeps a positive atmosphere
- motivates and engages participants throughout the camp

- Providing a preparatory training and a camp-specific training tailored to your camp
- Organizing a site visit and introducing you to the local partner
- Covering accommodation and meals for the entire program
- Reimbursing travel costs
- Issuing a certificate at the end of the camp
