Keys For Change Phase 3 – Advanced Training for Trainers
Key(s) For Change is a 6-months project with 3 consecutive, residential, and international trainings for trainers and an additional coaching process to support participants in realizing their own educational activities. Our aim is to pass on the experiences we gathered in the last 15 years about educating and training young people and youth workers and train a new generation of trainers ready to apply our methodologies and educational approaches in the field of youth work.
This project is for people who:
- have led youth programs before (training courses/workshops/learning activities)
- have a portfolio of youth programs you led
- will facilitate activities within 6 months after the training course
- are able to clearly communicate in English (intermediate level)
- over 18 years old
Selection: Priority will be given to those who are experienced trainers ready to join this group of trained participants in order to find their own style and methodology as trainers through an advanced program. Important! Keys For Change 3. is the third phase of a holistic training for trainers project, and as such, we already have a selected group of 15 trainers who are familiar with each other and have been trained by us through 2 training courses in the last 8 months.
What can you expect?
The elements of this professional program are designed to cater to different needs, the three trainings build on each other while having the flexibility to be applied separately.
