The goal of our leader training is to prepare you for successfully leading an international workcamp!

The training has a very practical approach. Our teamers are volunteers with lots of experience both in workcamps as well as in trainings. We use non-formal learning methods to answer questions such as:

• What is a workcamp and how does it work?
• What are your tasks as a campleader?
• How can I guide and assist group dynamics, solve conflicts and support intercultural learning?
• How can I make my camp more sustainable (and why should I)?

The participation fee for this training is covered by Egyesek. Also, we can reimburse 33% of your travel expenses to the seminar (max. 50€). Tip for cheap travel -> BlaBlaCar

… and then?

After your participation in this seminar, you have the possibility to lead a workcamp in Hungary.

Your tasks as a campleader:
You live and work together with the group. Besides, you coordinate the daily life, you manage the camp budget as well as the social group life. It will be a great chance for you to have international experiences, get to know Hungary from another point of view and make new friends from all over the world.

The conditions:
The accommodation during the workcamp is free of charge; for food and free time activities a budget will be provided for the group. Your travel within Hungary will be covered by Egyesek.

The participation in this training does not oblige you to take over the leadership of one of Egyesek camps. Only after you feel confident to lead a workcamp, we will choose together the right project for you.
